Job description
- Manage the team to deliver services within the service levels prescribed by SLA and ensure meeting of relevant KPIs .
- Guide and inspire the team to adopt vision, culture, and values of the company.
- Monitor the quality and efficiency of teams performance.
- Support team to solve the issues and unclear case.
- Develop good business relationships with German accounting department colleagues.
- Ensure that all escalations are investigated, solved, or routed to the responsible parties.
- New task onboarding from DE.
Requirements
- Knowledge of accounting process.
- Proven experience in leadership role and people management.
- People and client service orientation.
- Ability to hold presentations and meetings in professional level business English.
- Effective communication skills.
- Change management experience.
- Proactiveness, positivity, reliability, honesty, and integrity.
- Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
