Job description

  • Lead and manage the sales team to ensure efficient operations and high performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities, establish partnerships, manage negotiations with potential clients and representatives, and commercial proposal preparation for clients.
  • Monitor market trends, assess competitor activity, and propose new product opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and business goals.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience with technical products (international sales experience is a strong advantage).
  • At least 2 years of experience managing a team of 5 or more people.
  • Strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1) and Lithuanian (C1).
  • Strong conflict management and constructive feedback skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.
  • Knowledge of other languages (e.g., Russian, Polish) is considered an advantage.
