Job description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the field in Lithuania and Latvia.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Provide technical support and product demonstrations for clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical knowledge of electronic components, systems, and solutions.
- Sales and marketing skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Analytical skills to assess client needs and propose effective solutions.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
