We are part of a newly established tribe within Danske Bank, and our vision is exciting: to empower the Danske Bank Group with cutting-edge workflow orchestration capabilities that transform how we evolve our business processes and workflows. Our mission is to deliver tools and services that enable seamless orchestration, automation, and optimisation of these processes.
Our team is made up of nine dedicated professionals based in Denmark, India, and Lithuania. Together, we take pride in finding the right solutions and maintaining the highest standards of quality. Collaboration and knowledge-sharing are at the heart of what we do, and we are looking for someone who is willing to mentor colleagues and share their expertise across the tribe. Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority for the role.

You will:
- Support various teams by skilfully applying Terraform, CI/CD, and other essential tools, while contributing to setting best practices
- Design, build, and optimise the Kubernetes setup for our Workflow Orchestration Platform in AWS
- Collaborate with practice leads to establish and maintain standards across the Group
- Immerse yourself in exploring innovative approaches to automation processes and driving continuous improvement
- Lead efforts to utilize the potential of our existing public cloud setup
About you:
- 2+ years of experience working with DevOps
- Practical experience with containerisation, customisation, and container orchestration tooling (OpenShift, Kubernetes, Amazon ECS, or similar)
- Practical experience with Amazon Cloud
- Proficiency in Terraform
- Ability to guide others in improving the DevOps culture
- Understanding of the development process from a developers perspective (GitOps)
- Practical experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar tools
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency
We offer
Monthly salary range from 3280 EUR to 4920 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
