Data Platform Tribe is on an inspiring digital transformation journey, focusing on building both offensive and defensive capabilities within Data & Analytics. Development activities include public cloud adoption, implementation, hardening, and scaling of platforms such as Databricks, Collibra, and others within Data & Analytics.
As a new Senior Architect, you will join the Data Platform Tribe, which is operationally responsible for systems within Data & Analytics. The Tribe consists of 150 team members across Denmark, Lithuania, and India.
As a Senior Architect, the role involves designing solutions that meet business and development requirements, aligned with strategic architecture direction and roadmaps. The responsibilities include ensuring the infrastructure architecture is continuously updated to reflect industry best practices while supporting architecture governance to realise strategic goals in scalable, stable, and highly available operations. Additionally, the role requires maintaining an advanced knowledge across multiple technologies, domains, and disciplines, facilitating the adoption of industry best practices.

You will:
- Act as the assigned architect for one of our highest prioritized squads
- Drive architecture development within the Squad to align with the overall strategy while maintaining a stable business critical systems
- Actively engage in aligning technology and business capabilities in collaboration with development and business units
- Articulate problems, principles, and propose solutions tailored to an enterprise financial institution
- Maintain a high standard of personal conduct, courtesy, transparency, and integrity while acting as a strong team player
- Take responsibility for managing risks associated with tasks in collaboration with colleagues and ensure follow-through
- Work in compliance with regulatory requirements, Group policies, and core values
About you:
- At least 3 years of professional experience with large-scale MS-SQL installations and operations
- Experience in architect roles or similar work experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in supporting enterprise implementations
- Working experience in the Data & Analytics domain
- Experience with migrations from on-prem to public cloud
- Certifications within TOGAF, AWS, Databricks, and MS-SQL would be beneficial
- Ability to explain and execute architecture designs for peers
- Upper-intermediate English level, both spoken and written
We offer
Monthly salary range from 5360 EUR to 8040 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
