In this role as a Specialist in Third Party Risk Management, you will act as an expert on risks related to third-party arrangements. This includes addressing third-party risk, operational risk, and supply chain risk across all phases of the TPRM lifecyclefrom due diligence and onboarding to lifecycle management and termination.
You will serve as the gatekeeper for the TPRM process, ensuring that third-party arrangements are managed and assessed according to internal requirements and processes. This position involves coordinating the completion of relevant assessments and offering expert guidance to line managers, contract owners, and subject-matter specialists. You will play a key role in balancing business needs with costs, requirements, and risks.
This role is vital for implementing and sustaining Danske Banks TPRM Programme in line with regulatory expectations and internal policies.

You will:
- Participate in due diligence and risk assessment processes throughout the TPRM lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional subject matter experts to contribute to risk assessments
- Coordinate between stakeholders, subject matter experts and service providers to ensure timely delivery of TPRM process steps
- Analyse risk scenarios, propose solutions and communicate results clearly
- Build relationships with business and management teams, providing advice on third-party risk management issues
- Assist in crafting and updating policies, procedures, tools and templates to meet required standards
- Support the development and improvement of the TPRM framework and processes with colleagues
- Promote TPRM best practices to enhance risk awareness among colleagues and stakeholders
About you:
- Experience in third-party risk management, procurement, vendor management, project management or operational risk management within the financial industry
- Professional skills, individual drive, curiosity and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Ability to collaborate effectively within and across teams
- Educational background in business, risk management, information technology, law or a related field
- Understanding of regulatory requirements such as GDPR, DORA, compliance standards and industry best practices
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, data privacy and information security concepts
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and assess risks
- Upper-intermediate English language proficiency
We offer
Monthly salary range from 2320 EUR to 3480 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
