We are looking for a Senior Lawyer to become a key legal partner in projects that shape sustainable infrastructure and create long-term value for communities and sustainable development across Europe.

Main responsibilities:

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of contracts and agreements (mainly construction, production, supply & services contracts) in Lithuanian and English
Drafting, reviewing and replying to claims and complaints
Advising project teams about contracts, compliance, risks, etc.
Assistance in development and implementation of company policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks
Keeping up-to-date with legal practice and industry regulations

Requirements:

University degree in Law
At least 3-7 years of work experience as a lawyer (construction experience big advantage)
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing situations and effectively prioritize
High responsibility to handle multiple and complex tasks
Proficiency in English and Lithuanian, including written and verbal communication skills (a must)
Skills in time management, prioritization and deadline handling
