Were looking for a results-oriented, analytical e-commerce professional to focus on growing online sales, improving conversion rates, and expanding partnerships with external online sales channels.
Job Description
- Creating, planning, and executing online marketing and promotion strategies and effective campaigns to achieve sales goals;
- Monitoring and analyzing sales results and developing strategies for improvement;
- Analyzing the insurance market and proposing improvements to existing products, as well as developing and launching new offers in online sales channels;
- Attracting new partners and maintaining relationships with current ones, including implementing new products;
- Managing digital marketing tools (SEO, Google, Google Ads, etc.) (considered an advantage);
- Initiating projects related to the development of IT systems and digital solutions;
- Implementing omni-channel sales strategies, ensuring a smooth online customer journey, developing self-service capabilities, and collaborating with other sales departments.
Requirements
- You have experience in e-commerce, communications, or digital sales;
- You are able to analyze data and interpret results;
- You think analytically, quickly, and creatively;
- You can effectively plan, prioritize, and manage projects;
- You communicate fluently in English;
- You are a team player focused on results.
