One of our teams is looking for motivated, keen to learn and passionate Swedish speaking colleague. Team is providing different types of insurance services to clients across Norway and Sweden. As a Process Specialist you will be working both individually and together with your colleagues to ensure great client experience by providing high quality and timely services.
Are you interested in becoming a part of our team?
You can expect to:
· Process and administrate health insurance contracts
· Communicate with customers in Swedish (sometimes in English) over e-mails and chat to resolve issues/queries at the first instance
· Ensure that information for contract registration, changes and terminations is correct, and documents are updated in the system
· Ensure process guidelines are followed and updated
· Provide reports, statistics and updates related to own area of work
· Meet productivity and quality metrics and highlight process related concerns proactively
We expect You to:
· Have good written and verbal communication skills in Swedish (A2 and upper level) and English language skills (A2 and upper level)
· Have excellent communication and collaboration skills, customer service mindset
· Have problem solving and planning skills, positive attitude and willingness to learn in fast changing environment
· Be accurate and attentive to details
· Experience in Insurance, Finance or Customer Care would be considered as an advantage
