We are looking for a CLIENT RETENTION MANAGER in Vilnius.
We are looking for a colleague who is passionate about the customer journey and eager to find ways to keep our clients engaged and loyal in the long run.

MAIN RESPONSABILIETIES:

- Develop and execute customer retention and loyalty strategies.
- Monitor customer data (churn, cohorts, CLV) and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push) to drive engagement.
- Optimize customer journeys and reactivation initiatives.
- Measure campaign performance and report on KPIs.
- Monitor market trends and competitors, propose new ideas and best practices.
- Initiate and launch new projects or solutions to strengthen long-term customer loyalty.

WHAT WE EXCEPT:

- Experience in customer retention, loyalty, or customer success.
- Understanding of customer data analysis and segmentation.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools.
- Understanding of e-commerce funnels and customer lifecycle management.
- Result-oriented mindset with focus on KPIs and measurable impact.
- Proactive, creative, and eager to test and optimize new approaches.
- Good English skills.
