EMEA Marketing and Communications Specialist

Job description

  • Create engaging content in English and German across various channels (B2B and B2C).
  • Manage and deliver social media content aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Draft and distribute press releases for international audiences.
  • Collaborate with agencies while also developing in-house creative solutions.
  • Ensure consistency in brand communication across regions.
  • Monitor trends, tools, and best practices in marketing and communications.
  • Actively contribute to teamwork-based KPIs and communication processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in Marketing and Communications roles.
  • Language skills: Fluent in English (C1) and proficient in German (B2).
  • Social media expertise: Skilled in creating engaging content across multiple platforms.
  • Press and media experience: Track record of drafting and distributing press releases for both B2C and B2B audiences.
  • International exposure: Experience managing brand content and communications across multiple countries, with a strong understanding of local markets and the ability to work effectively remotely.
