What you'll do:

• Implement standardized infrastructural Facility Management processes (i.e. cleaning, pest control etc.) across the Baltics, based on international and national requirements
• Ensure process compliance by conducting gap analyses/self-assessments and implementing corrective actions
• Participate in monthly cleaning and pest inspection processes at all Lidl Baltics-operated properties
• Recommend effective cleanliness measures and advise internal stakeholders on reducing potential risks
• Engage in related service procurement processes across the Baltics
• Indicate possible areas of process and cost optimizations
• Support management of costs and budget planning
• Execute administrative tasks such as data entry, report creation, and presentation preparation

About you:

• At least 2 years of experience in operational Facility Management or the professional cleaning field
• Knowledge of phytosanitary requirements and/or HACCP in retail will be as an advantage
• Fluent in Lithuanian and very good English language skills
• Very good cooperation and interpersonal skills
• Daily user of MS Office
• Strong time management skills
• Capability to make independent decisions in problem-solving and non-standard situations
• Ability to work in a dynamic work environment and adapt to changing situations
• Willingness for business trips across the Baltics a few times per month
• B-category Driving license
