Job description

  • Evaluate business processes, elicit requirements, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Define business requirements and report their status to stakeholders.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to share insights and updates.
  • Document and communicate results in a clear and structured way.
  • Act as a liaison between business and IT teams.
  • Ensure that IT solutions meet business needs and requirements.

 

Requirements

  • A higher education degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field, preferably within public sector.
  • Proven track record of working with complex systems, using creative and strategic thinking to deliver exceptional results.
  • Strong adaptability and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Business Analysis Certification would be considered a significant advantage.
