You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Administrating documentation, related to the recruitment of expatriates
• Ensuring smooth procedures of hiring and support of personnel for the area of renewable energy (managing documentation, communication with future and new employees, etc.)
• Participating in the implementation of the HR system LT/PL/LV
• Working with HR documents in English on the daily basis
• Administrating changes related to organizational structure that are necessary to achieve or implement the strategy
• Developing, reviewing HRA processes with a view to automating them, making them more efficient and improving the employee experience
• Ensuring business strategy of renewable energy personnel by engaging with and assisting managers
• Developing organizational culture
