Job description
- Manage all materials and spare parts in close collaboration with local clients and headquarters.
 - Plan and ensure the availability of spare parts (purchasing, logistics, transport, customs).
 - Develop material demand forecasts and sourcing strategies.
 - Evaluate and manage suppliers to ensure top performance and reliability.
 - Oversee incoming goods and maintain logistics quality standards.
 - Supervise inventory management and reporting processes.
 - Prepare regular reports and statistics (daily, weekly, monthly).
 - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards in the workplace.
 
Requirements
- Degree in technical or logistics fields (relevant experience may substitute education).
 - Independent, structured, and detail-oriented working style.
 - Strong communication and teamwork skills with a focus on quality.
 - Experience with customs clearance and Incoterms.
 - Negotiation skills and ability to manage supplier relationships.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
 - Fluency in Lithuanian and English (both written and spoken).
 
Nice to have:
- Experience with cutover tools.
 - Familiarity with cloud security and compliance best practices.
 - Previous experience in shift-based operational environments.
