About the role
As a B2C sales specialist at ESTO, your main responsibility is to introduce ESTO to our customers, advise clients on ESTO products, communicate with them via remote channels (phone and email), and ensure the successful sale of the offered products and services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactive contact with existing ESTO clients
- Presenting products, offering tailored solutions, and closing sales
- Finding new clients and building long-term relationships
- Working independently and in a goal-oriented manner
- Achieving targets and continuously improving results
WHAT WE EXPECT:
- Previous experience in active B2C sales / telemarketing
- Goal-oriented, disciplined, and proactive attitude with a strong focus on achieving monthly sales targets
- High level of organisation, structured thinking, and strong attention to detail
- Confidence and self-assurance when communicating with clients
- Excellent communication skills in Estonian
NICE TO HAVE:
- Knowledfe of Russian and English are considered an advantage.
