Job description

Reviewing and analyzing general ledger accounts and other accounting records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting policies, taking corrective actions where necessary.

Overseeing and coordinating month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Leading the preparation of management accounts and reports for key business stakeholders

Performing trial balance reviews, consolidation activities, and month-end control processes, including support for statutory audits

Ensuring compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, tax regulations, and company accounting policies

Leading financial analysis and support monitoring of financial and operational performance metrics to drive informed decision-making

Preparing presentations, standard and ad-hoc reports, and responding to business queries from stakeholders

Identifying opportunities to improve, standardize, and optimize RTR processes and internal controls

Acting as a key contact for business stakeholders and responding to complex accounting queries and reporting requests

Supporting process transitions, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives within the RTR function
Requirements
- Proven experience in a record-to-report role within a global corporate environment, with a strong understanding of management accounting and financial reporting
- Strong business orientation with analytical and lateral thinking skills, able to derive insights and connect information from multiple sources
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders fluently in English
- Proactive, accountable and self-driven, with high integrity and attention to accuracy, consistently delivering on commitments
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and advanced computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), including dashboard and presentation creation
- High level of commercial awareness combined with a results-driven mindset and ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment
