What you’ll be doing

Managing the full accounting cycle through to financial statements
Managing accounts payable and receivable and monitoring outstanding balances
Managing and controlling payments to international suppliers
Preparing payroll
Performing month- and year-end closing
Preparing tax declarations and statutory reports
Preparing financial reports, cash-flow forecasts and other information for management
Working with banks and payment systems
Ensuring accurate reconciliation between accounting systems, operational data and bank transactions
Coordinating the work of one accountant
Improving and automating accounting processes where possible
Monitoring accounts receivable and managing overdue customer payments
Managing accounts payable and supplier payment schedules
Preparing and monitoring cash flow forecasts

What we’re looking for

Higher education in Accounting, Finance or a related field
Solid experience in a senior accounting role
Strong knowledge of Lithuanian accounting and tax regulations
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision)
Good written and spoken English
Strong Excel skills
Independence, accuracy and good analytical thinking

€3,000–4,000 gross monthly salary, depending on experience and competence
Fully remote work, with an office in Vilnius available whenever you want to use it
