You’ll join our HR team and help shape how we communicate with our people, how we work smarter with digital tools, and how the next generation sees our company.

YOUR TASKS:

Digital internal communication and AI

• Review our current internal communication channels and processes, and propose ways to simplify and digitalise them.

• Plan and create internal content: news, announcements, leadership messages, and campaigns.

• Develop and maintain internal channels (intranet, newsletters, internal chat channels) and measure their effectiveness.

• Explore and introduce AI tools into the HR team’s daily work: content creation, answering employee questions, and automating repetitive processes such as onboarding, surveys, and reminders

• Partner with IT on setting up and integrating digital and HR tools.

Events

• Support internal events and their communication, from the first idea to the day itself.

Employer branding and youth engagement

• Create and run initiatives that promote aviation and our company among pupils and students.

• Partner with schools, universities, and student organisations: career days, guest lectures, site visits, and internship programmes.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Experience or a strong interest in internal communication, employer branding, digital communication or IT field.

• IT skills: hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate) or similar tools.

• Understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, the employee lifecycle).

• Independence, initiative, and the ability to juggle several projects at once.

• Fluency in Lithuanian and good command of English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with HRIS systems or AI tools.

• Graphic design or video content skills (Canva, Figma, etc.).

• Event organization experience.
