Founded by industry experts with over 25 years of combined experience, PRace is the gambling industry’s first integrated B2B marketing agency. Our international team of 20 designers, strategists, copywriters and performance marketers creates campaigns, social content, digital ads and sales materials for ambitious gambling and iGaming brands, including EveryMatrix, Amelco, Relax Gaming and Habanero. In our first year, we earned three shortlists at the industry’s most prestigious EGR Awards.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a proactive Junior Graphic Designer who understands what makes people stop scrolling and wants to keep learning. You’ll create visuals for digital ads, social media and campaigns, working from briefs and feedback while bringing your own ideas. The role is remote within Lithuania, with English being our day-to-day working language.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Create eye-catching visuals for social media, digital ads, banners and campaigns
- Turn briefs and creative direction into strong visual ideas, follow brand guidelines and implement feedback accurately
- Adapt designs for different digital formats, platforms and sizes
- Use and explore AI image and video tools daily as part of your creative process, editing and refining generated assets for final use
- Manage multiple projects, shifting priorities and tight deadlines while communicating clearly with the team
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A strong portfolio; 1+ year of experience is preferred, but potential matters more than a perfect CV
- Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills, plus basic motion design or animation knowledge
- A good eye for typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy
- Hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools is required
- A proactive, curious and detail focused approach, with the ability to work quickly and independently, ask questions, share ideas and respond well to feedback
Bonus points for advanced After Effects or motion design skills, experience with social media, digital advertising, iGaming or the sports industry.
