We are looking for an experienced Java developer to join our team and help us build reliable solutions for Lithuania's public sector.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
Ensure support for analysis and design activities during all phases of software development by suggesting and ensuring the most effective solutions.
Coach and support other colleagues.
The ability to work in a team and solve problems independently.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

At least 3 years of experience programming using Java technology.
A higher education degree in IT or maths.
Familiar with the details of back-end and front-end application development.
Knowledge and experience with object-oriented programming methodologies.
Worked with Java EE, including JSF, JPA, EJB, and JMS (RabbitMQ).
Created the Oracle database foundation for information systems.
Familiar with Linux, Maven, Git, and Continuous Integration technologies.
Communicate well in both Lithuanian and English.
Competent to design and manage complex areas.
