BRANCH MANAGER – LITHUANIA

HCS A/S Transport & Spedition is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Branch Manager to lead and develop our Lithuanian operations.

We are looking for a hands-on leader with a strong operational mindset who will take responsibility for building and developing our Lithuanian branch.

As we are a small organization with ambitions to grow, the successful candidate must be comfortable combining management responsibilities with active participation in daily transport operations whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop the Lithuanian branch, building a strong and efficient organization.
Lead and support the team while actively participating in daily operations when needed.
Manage haulage operations, fleet utilization, and transport planning.
Take responsibility for financial performance, cost control, and profitability.
Maintain and develop relationships with customers and hauliers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand our transport network.
Resolve operational challenges and ensure effective day-to-day solutions.
Report directly to HCS management in Denmark.

Your Qualifications

Relevant education in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
Proven experience in international road transport and team management.
Strong operational understanding and a practical, hands-on approach.
Good leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Commercial awareness and a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and adapt quickly.
Good communication skills in English and Russian.
