You're the one who shows up, sets the robot loose, and makes the customer's jaw drop when it actually works. No pressure. (Okay, a little pressure — the good kind.)

You're our person on the ground. You run demos that sell the dream, then go back and launch the real thing on site — configuring, testing, and making sure the robot does its job from day one. When something goes sideways (robots are still robots), you're the calm, capable human who figures it out.

• Are organized enough to run a launch start to finish without dropping the ball

• Get a real kick out of seeing something you set up actually run

Background in tech installation, field service, mechanics, robotics, or IT is a big plus. But if you're a fast learner who's great with your hands and even better with people, we want to talk.

This is a hands-on, in-the-field role covering customers across Lithuania, so you'll need a driver's license and be up for regular travel. We'll make sure you're trained, equipped, and never sent in cold.

Base salary plus a bonus every time a demo you run converts into a customer. You're not just installing robots — you're helping close them, and you get paid when you do. The better you are in front of customers, the more you take home.

1500-4500 Bruto

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly to customer sites across Lithuania

• Hands-on ability to install, configure, test, and troubleshoot hardware systems in the field

• Background in tech installation, field service, mechanics, robotics, or IT

• Experience running live product demos or on-site deployments for customers

• Experience training non-technical users to operate technical equipment or systems

• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders

• Comfort working in varied real-world environments rather than primarily desk-based work
