To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- University degree, preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in Regulatory Affairs, preferably within a multinational pharmaceutical company.
- Good understanding of Lithuanian and EU pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and countries.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and solve problems proactively.
- A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Lithuanian.
- Good command of MS Office and confidence in using digital tools.
Your responsibilities will include
- Support preparation, submission, and follow-up of regulatory applications, renewals, variations, and approvals.
- Monitor local and EU regulatory requirements and communicate relevant updates to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate preparation, translation, proofreading, and approval of product information, labelling, and packaging materials.
- Work with regional and global teams to ensure timely implementation of updated product information and artworks.
- Maintain accurate regulatory databases, documentation, and submission records.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Medical, Supply Chain, and other teams on regulatory matters and product-related activities.
- Support regulatory compliance, internal reporting, and communication with Lithuanian regulatory authorities.

Monthly Salary: 3500 – 3800 EUR gross
