We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Project Manager to join a growing technology team in Vilnius. This is an opportunity to take ownership of cross-functional IT projects, work closely with international stakeholders and help establish structured, effective project delivery practices.

Job description:

• Coordinate IT implementation, improvement and transformation projects across different business functions and technology teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables and resource requirements.
• Manage dependencies between teams, identify potential risks and proactively address project challenges.
• Work closely with developers, technical specialists, business stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Coordinate Agile delivery activities with broader project timelines and commitments.
• Monitor project progress, provide clear status updates and escalate issues when necessary.
• Contribute to improving project management processes, tools and ways of working.
• Support successful implementation, handover and adoption of new solutions.

• Proven experience successfully managing and delivering IT or technology-related projects.
• Practical experience with structured project planning, milestone management, risk management and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience working with software developers, IT specialists or technical implementation teams.
• Understanding of both Waterfall and Agile project management approaches.
• Ability to independently manage priorities, take ownership and drive projects forward.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

We would consider it an advantage if you have:

• Experience managing enterprise IT implementations or business transformation projects.
• Familiarity with business applications such as CRM, ERP, BI or other enterprise platforms.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA or equivalent).
• Experience working in an international or technology-driven environment.
