- Analyse data and reports to identify trends/insights that will influence business, marketing, customer support decisions
- Deliver analysis of business performance and customer usage date to support our ability to drive maximum value of our services
- Provide analytical support through the analysis and interpretation of data
- Develop, prepare and analyze reports for management review, and present to various levels of management
- Identifie opportunities for improvement as it relates to exceeding key performance indicators, consulting with the team as needed

- 1+ years’ work experience in analytics, experience working as a business insights analyst would be a big plus
- Goal-focused, flexible, motivated and positive individual with a ”can do” attitude
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a high level of autonomy
