Insurance background is a must.
You have a university degree or a work experience equivalent, which includes direct experience working with personal lines products and coverages
You have experience with cross-functional teamwork including navigating through the corporate processes
You balance multiple priorities and work effectively under tight timeframes
You have client facing and negotiation skills and experience, as well as experience in running projects while working with cross-functional and/or virtual teams
Analytical problem-solving skills are a key strength, and you possess a can-do attitude
English Communication skills, both oral and written, are required

Participate in the implementation of complex insurance programs that includes different sales channels, products, processes, services
Manage, strengthen and grow book of profitable businesses
Quote and authorize businesses within established corporate guidelines and delegated authority parameters
Complete loss reports and post-claim underwriting reviews
Interact with brokers for all transactions and negotiate coverage and price Participate, encourage and build key partner relationships (TPA, underwriters, brokers, etc.)
Research, analyze, and understand the competitive landscape, regulatory environment, and market price competitiveness to proactively recommend new products, enhancements, pricing and digital delivery
Manage any issues, risks and concerns with the performance of the insurance programs
Coordinate trainings related to the external client facing programs
Undertake other duties as required by the team leader, providing they are appropriate to the position
