Intrum Global Business Services (Intrum GBS) is a Shared Service Center of Intrum. Currently we have over 500 highly dedicated and experienced employees, who support Group functions and local country units across Europe.

What you will be doing:

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information

• Establish project plans and ensure their execution

• Track project performance, analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

• Identify and resolve issues and risk

• Collaborate with different stakeholders and provide quality and timely services

• Manage requests by assessing needs, securing all necessary details, keeping the quality and meeting deadlines

• Support new system's implementation and testing

• Drive different credit management processes improvements

What you bring:

• Proven experience in managing projects

• Debt collection knowledge and experience in Shared Service Center operations would be a plus

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

• A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

• Very good English language (oral and written)
