Use your effective communication skills to solve ad hoc problems of foreign investors and to advise them regarding greenfield investment projects in the area of construction, land and territorial planning
Coordinate with public institutions to ensure smooth and speedy implementation of projects and to help solve investor’s problems
Effectively read, understand, prepare and navigate through various territorial, land planning, construction, infrastructure and special land use condition documents
Perform site selection analysis and advise investors on best possible location for establishing in Lithuania
Recognize and propose possible improvements of legal documents and other processes in order to ensure perfect conditions for global businesses

We expect that

You hold a university degree in Business, Economics, International Relations, Management, Law, etc.
You have at least 3 years of proven experience in managing projects and/or business consultancy in the field of infrastructure, real estate, construction or other related fields
You can demonstrate outstanding analytical and project management skills
You are fluent in Lithuanian and English
You are communicative, proactive person with a can-do attitude
