WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Build and improve our APIs so that they are as scalable, performant, intuitive as they can be
Own the architecture and development of system components to improve monitoring, alerting and stability with compliance, with security in mind
Maintain and improve software
Have a high degree of autonomy
Work with people and teams who have a getting thing done attitude

REQUIREMENTS

4+ years (or above) experience in the back-end development with node.js ideally for large-scale production systems
Strong foundation in API design, distributed system design, and backend implementation
Have experience in containerisation technologies. Ex: Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, etc.
Databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
AWS cloud environment
Terraform, AWS, CI/CD pipelines

SKILLS

Quick learner with an ambitious and results-driven personality
Motivation to write code which is well-tested and well-documented
Excellent communication and organizational skills
A strong call to action and for getting things done
