WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Acting as the first point of contact in assisting internal users with software, and troubleshooting issues
Dedicatedly look for solutions to problems and propose improvements if something could work better.
Maintain clear, concise, and positive communication for all cases in a timely and efficient manner including follow-ups with internal customers, team members, and engineers
Have a high degree of autonomy
Work with people and teams who have a getting thing done attitude

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of Technical Support or Customer Service preferred for large-scale production systems
Excellent communication (both oral, written, and interpersonal) and customer service skills are a must
Ability to handle high volume of tickets, phone calls, and chats

SKILLS

Excellent communication and organizational skills
A strong call to action and for getting things done
