PayRay Bank is an innovative financial institution that applies Fintech principles in its activities and expanding its financial services in Lithuania and abroad.


Core business of PayRay is Factoring, Loans and Leasing for companies. We also accept deposits.


Demonstrating great results and a constantly expanding business, we are looking for the Operations Specialists to several vacancies in the Operations team. The main responsibilities of new team member will be coordinated according to the competencies and preferences of the candidate.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Make customers onboarding to the system.
  • Prepare agreements of Factoring, Loans, Leasing and other financing products for business customers.
  • Administrate common inbox and received emails from the clients with the financing documents and other questions / issues.
  • Check the financing documents according to the special conditions of Factoring, Loans, Leasing and other financing agreements.
  • Make payments to customers under Factoring, Loans, Leasing and other financing agreements.
  • Administrate received collections and make their settlements (reconciliation) under Factoring, Loans, Leasing and other financing agreements.
  • Help to ensure compliance with the "Know the customer" and "Money laundering prevention" procedures in the company's activities.
  • Contribute to the development of new financing products for business customers.

Requirements:

  • Education in Accounting / Finance / Economics or other business-related area.
  • Experience in customer onboarding / contracts preparation / inbox administration / financing documents checking / payments generation / collections reconciliation would be an advantage.
  • Experience in Factoring, Loans, Leasing or other financing products would be an advantage.
  • Diligence, attention to detail, self-directed, organized and efficient at time management.
  • Good English skills.
  • Good Italian skills be an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
