-Analyze requirement specifications, document QA activities, and create audit reports
-Prepare and configure test scenarios
-Write, execute test cases (manual) and analyze results
-Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
-Monitor and assess risk management activities
-Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
-Use various testing tools (monitoring, analysis, automation, etc.)

IMPORTANT: First 2-3 months during the training, you will be working on evening shift 15:00-00:00 o'clock. After your training, you will be working on flexible, but standard business hours with an opportunity to start 07-10 o'clock in the morning and finish 16:00-19:00 o'clock at evening.

-Good theoretical Manual QA Testing knowledge
-Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (2nd and further year students, certified specialists without actual work experience are welcome too)
-Great communication skills, both verbal and written in English language
-Accuracy, responsibility, and motivation performing your daily tasks
-Strong attention to detail with a quality focus
-Decision-making skills
-You are comfortable with both working solo and in a team
-Experience in quality assurance or a similar field is a plus
-Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA is a plus
-ISTQB certification or equivalent qualification is a plus
