• Have minimum 2 years' experience of recruitment;

A Talent Acquisition Specialist would be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees in a company:
• Drive full recruitment life cycle (job postings, screening call, interviews etc.);
• Scope and execute the full process of recruitment with support of Hiring Managers;
• Ensure high quality hiring manager and candidate experience;
• Provide expert input on Onboarding/Offboarding and take full ownership of the processes;
• Oversee the legal compliance with Lithuanian labour law.
