Overview
Rapidly growing Guidehouse Lithuania Team is looking for an new Team Lead, who is passionated in Compliance, AML topics and is readay to work in global environment.
Responsibilities
Please note that this position will begin remotely and then transition to Guidehouse's Vilnius, Lithuania office.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing and overseeing the production and quality of a team of analysts and researchers.
- Providing day-to-day quality assurance, monitoring, coaching and feedback across Service Provider's wider team.
- Monitor adherence to individual and team production and quality metrics.
- Providing one-on-one support to analysts not meeting production or quality standards to improve work product.
- Supporting the Project Manager by providing client deliverables on time, ensuring quality standards, and assisting in project governance at the team level.
- Ensuring adherence to any messaging or communications, including SOP changes, delivered by Client.
- Monitoring team progress to identify areas for additional training and communicate such needs to the Trainer and Project Manager.
- Administration of day-to-day schedules and attendance for the analyst team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in accounting, finance, economics or related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of AML investigation experience in a public accounting and/or litigation/disputes consulting firm, banking/financial services industry, or regulatory environment
- Understanding of the legal, corporate governance and regulatory environment.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- The ability to speak and write English fluently. Additional languages are considered as advantage.
- Subject matter expertise in the areas of Anti-Money Laundering and fraud investigations.
- CAMS certifications preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of MiOS.
- Understanding of Crypto currencies field.

Rewards and Benefits
Guidehouse offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes a basic salary of between GROSS EUR 1800 – 2800 per month depending on experience.
