We are looking for a web designer who cares deeply about their users and distills complex problems into thoughtful, beautiful, holistic experiences.
What you’ll do @ Omnisend:
- We are looking for a web designer who converts user knowledge into meaningful web design concepts, executes experiments, and implements solutions;
- Work collaboratively with product marketers, conversion (CRO) managers, content managers, developers, and copywriters to plan and deliver user-centered solutions;
- Constantly learn and bing new ideas on how to improve our user experience on the web;
- Take part in graphic design solutions for banners, emails, one-pagers;
- Take ownership of web design solutions.
We expect that you’ll bring:
- Proven work experience as a web designer;
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and site maps;
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio;
- Knowledge of current UX / UI trends;
- Ability to work in a flexible environment, be a result-driven team player, and have an interest in self-development;
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively;
- Love balancing best practices with smart risks;
- Figma would be an advantage.
