We are currently looking for a

DMS & ERP SUPPORT SPECIALIST.

The purpose of the role is to manage the Northern Europe (NE) business critical DMS & ERP systems to ensure data integrity and to deliver standard and efficient Support processes and identify improvements related to Business as Usual (BAU) & IT operations.
The role will also work with the functional head to standardize core BAU disciplines and improve overall IT assurance by ensuring the quality of business critical DMS & ERP systems through appropriate policies, monitoring, processes, controls, and reporting.
The role of NE IT DMS & ERP support reports to NE Service Delivery and Assurance Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

BAU support of daily tasks, i.e., check interfaces, user administration, troubleshooting.
Identify and fix common problems related to DMS & ERP system integrations, data flow and functional customer use of applications.
Act as the “go to” person for business questions and problems for DMS related matters.
Define landscape, procedures, and standard for NE DMS & ERP systems.
Monitoring data flows. False cases to be reported back to respective market and support business.
Provide recommendations for procedural and technical improvements, e.g., automated error mgmt.
Work with NE ITSDM, Business and internal controls to ensure controls are in place and evident for DMS & ERP systems.
Build effective relationships with key IT teams / partners, stakeholders, and vendors. Identify and deliver improvement plans where required.

Core Skills & Competencies

Good technical and functional understanding of DMS and ERP systems in a Retail environment.
Previous knowledge of Automaster DMS is a mandatory requirement.
Demonstrable experience of providing IT support and analysis.
Innovative and proactive approach to problem solving.
Experience of managing key business and 3rd party stakeholders and vendors.
Fluent in English. Knowledge of local language/languages is a benefit.
Able to define and deliver clear processes and identify gaps and / or improvements.
Able to demonstrate a proactive and professional approach.
Ability to plan effectively. Project experience would be beneficial
