The opportunity
EY is looking for Digital Trade (eTrade) team members to join our team to help governments and private sector organisations across Europe and beyond (in the EU, the Eastern partner countries, the Western Balkans, MENA and other regions) to shape their digital future and realize the potential of the digital economy and society.

You are expected to work with our team in the fields such as eCommerce, eLogistics, eCustoms on the following assignments:
• Consultations in the areas such as data exchange, paperless trade, cross-border trade facilitation, piloting of technical solutions, data standards, the latest EU and global policies such as eCommerce VAT package and eFTI Regulation and others
• Digital services and customer experience design relevant to eTrade
• Data analysis and business research for improved performance of eTrade
• Analysis of the latest EU and global policies, strategies as well as practices and design of recommendations
• Business requirements specification for government IT solutions, implementation supervision
• Large scale program and project management

Your key responsibilities
• Assist and contribute to development and implementation of eTrade projects in thematic areas of eCommerce, eLogistics, eCustoms by bringing together our capabilities in the latest EU and global policies, transformation architecture, experience design, business design and transformation execution to design and deliver large scale, multi-year, multi-stakeholder transformation programmes
• Undertake research, provide advice and technical input, develop recommendations to support development and implementation of eTrade projects in the areas of eCommerce, eLogistics, eCustoms
• Analyse business processes, assist in improvement of performance of various functions within various organizations and across different countries / regions
• Develop your professional knowledge and experiences by communicating and working with leading EU and international experts
• Establish relationships with teams & client personnel at appropriate levels when needed
• Leading and building a team and/or being a part of the team in eTrade, including eCommerce, eLogistics, eCustoms
• Possess good business acumen

To qualify for the role you must have
• Experience in the field of international eTrade, including eCommerce, eLogistics, eCustoms and/or supply chain experience and previous exposure to complex international supply chains
• Client focused and commercially aware
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong drive to excel professionally and grow
• Dedicated, innovative, resourceful, analytical, and able to work under pressure
• A bachelor's degree in digital business, digital transformation, computer science, information systems, engineering, physics, business administration or economics, etc.

Ideally, you’ll also have
• Knowledge of the latest EU and global legal developments in the area, such as eCommerce VAT package, eFTI Regulation and / or
• Experience in digital government initiatives, in particular in the areas of eCommerce, eLogistics, eCustoms and / or
• Experience in business processes analysis and / or
• Experience in technical solutions analysis & design and / or
• Experience in project management and / or
• Experience in data analysis and reports building
