What You Will Do:

• Work closely with hiring Managers;
• Drive communication with potential candidates via social media and professional networks;
• Conduct initial interviews with candidates;
• Supervise the maintenance of candidate databases and job ads;
• Work on improving sourcing processes;
• Work with outsourcing HR companies.;
• International sourcing (an advantage).
