• Be responsible for developing the target architecture for the Enterprise Strategic Support domain
  
• Be responsible for developing relevant solution architectures to steer and support agile development initiatives for the services belonging to Enterprise Strategic Domain
  
• Be part of the community of Domain Architects at Swedbank that collaborative describe all aspects of Swedbank’s integrated architecture
  
• Work with functional and non-functional requirements, solution design and implementation
  
• Collaborate with development teams and architects to ensure Architecture Compliance and Governance of Enterprise Strategic Support domain

What is needed in this role:

• Experience of leading architectural work in a domain within Swedbank or another large companies
  
• Drive architectural work and be a representee for the whole domain toward the rest of the architects in Swedbank
  
• Active participation in cross-functional communication, a customer-centric mindset, and engagement in making others understand complex problems in the domain area.
  
• Solid understanding of information architecture and data governance.
  
• A solution-orientated mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills as well as a genuine interest for innovation.
  
• Experience of architecture modelling and documentation as well as in technical leadership, coaching and mentoring colleagues
  
• Have a genuine interest to learn new skills and help others to succeed
  
• An academic degree in appropriate IT discipline
