As our new Business & Functional Specialist, you will be part of the Welcoming & Orchestration Tribe. Together with your +200 new tribe colleagues, you will take part in building a better and simpler bank. In Welcoming & Orchestration Tribe, we particularly focus on services and applications that enable customer welcoming and facilitate digital sales in all Danske Bank’s markets.
You will be part of the Product Pricing squad. Our mission is to create, maintain and expand a centralized and flexible Product Pricing Service to make pricing precise and synchronized with all applications and systems in the Bank. The squad works in an agile environment, focusing on all aspects of Software Development Lifecycle. We are responsible for crucial information presented to customers, and part of big ecosystem encompassing integrations from various personal and business banking processes across the bank to cater for price related queries.
We are looking for an engaged and motivated new colleague with business analyst experience from the financial industry or perhaps from software development to financial industry clients or similar service industry, e.g. in a role as consultant or analyst. You have a natural interest in technology and processes, and for you it is natural to ask questions, give pushback and explore the underlying problems.
You will:
- Gather and elicit requirements in form of user stories
- Create and execute test cases with a risk based approach
- Evaluate and map processes underlying the Product Pricing Journey
- Create best in class process documentation
- Have close collaboration with BFS from other squads
- Continuously assist developers as an SME
- Support the Product Owner in analytical/strategic topics
- Be generous and open to sharing your knowledge and assisting others to grow professionally as well as personally
About you:
- You have a minimum of +3 years as Business Analyst and solid banking domain knowledge
- Experience with Digitalization of End to End Processes and expert Process Mapping skills
- You have solid analytical, facilitation and communication skills
- You are able to work independently as well as in a team and can easily obtain new and complex knowledge
- You are able to question stakeholders and provide solid argumentation with humbleness
- You are motivated by working in an Agile and fast-pace environment
- You are able to work independently by organising your own work priorities with a supporting and “can do” mentality
- Upper-intermediate English skills
We offer
Monthly salary range from 3120 EUR to 4680 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
