TALENT AND PEOPLE PERFORMANCE MANAGER (FIXED-TERM CONTRACT)

Your key areas of responsibilities will be

• Develop and implement the field and culture of performance and talent management in the Group in all employee cycles
• Form and coordinate a unified strategy and process for the identification of the Group's strategic positions and ensuring their successors, to ensure proper execution and control
• Form and implement internal mobility culture and succession planning processes
• Advising managers and employees, creating and conducting various development formats, facilitating and moderating discussion forums related to the implementation of performance management principles in the Group
• Plan and organize learning and development initiatives according to the strategic needs of performance and talent management
• Implement and develop IT systems / tools for goals, performance and performance review and management

• Have 3+ years of experience in performance and talent management, HR project management or experience in HR partnership in organizations 500+ employees
• Interested in international performance and talent management, internal career management practices with ability to merge it within organizational interests 
• Have degree of higher education 
• Have fluent speaking and excellent writing skills in Lithuanian and English languages
• Have excellent communicational skills
