For the production facility in Marijampolė, we are currently hiring:

R&D ENGINEER

• Run the projects concerning construction changes in functional elements of window systems and entire product;
• Be responsible for conducting corrective actions, through construction changes, mainly in the case of safety and quality related complaints;
• Be able to take decisions related to materials used for products;
• Support the Quality Department;
• Support the R&D in whole development process and product related updates, included tests;
• Continues development of procedures within R&D.

Being as a part of interculture team, you will report directly to manager in Poland and will have daily contacts with colleagues not only in Lithuania, but also in Scandinavia, China and Poland.

• A university degree in technical engineering (Manufacturing/Materials engineering or another equivalent field);
• At least 3 years of relevant experience (managing projects or processes);
• Knowledge and successful experience working on production technological processes;
• Ability to read and evaluate technical drawings;
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or other 3D modelling software experience is beneficial;
• Knowledge of FMEA methodology is beneficial;
• Fluency in Lithuanian and in English languages (written and spoken);
• Good communication skills, analytical thinking, independency, ability to think outside the box and come up with new solutions;
• Willing to travel to foreign countries.
