HR ASSISTANT (PAYROLL)

Determine and specify data for automatic payroll accounting, processing and preparing documents relevant to employees time management and payroll accounting.

• Entering, maintaining and managing payroll-relevant personnel data in the SAP system, maintaining personnel files and informing about relevant personnel data/changes;
• Keeping track of employees' frequent periods of incapacity to work and managing absence data in the SAP system;
• Preparing documents relevant to employees’ absence (e.g. vacation, parental leave), remuneration (e.g. bonus, allowance), changes of Employment Contracts;
• Checking the social security obligation (e.g. in the case of hiring, contract extensions, parental leave, working students, interns, diploma students, scholarship holders without remuneration, etc.);
• Monitoring, presetting, changing time data in the time determination system. Checking and correcting incorrectly booked times using machine-generated error lists;
• Issuing certificates and notifications of various kinds.

Information regarding Base Salary

From 1400 to 1800 EUR (before withholding taxes) taking in consideration your current professional competence and work experience. Salary is reviewed at least once per year. Also, you will be entitled to the annual bonus, that depends on your results.
