• Lead a team of skilled professionals in the area of Business Intelligence and Business Analysis & Data Stewardship
• To develop your team of Business Analysts to meet the increasing demand for data and analytics driven services in the bank
• Be part of the Guild management team, to define common goals and improve the ways of working
• Be responsible for process development, improvement and governance within Business Analysis & Data Stewardship area

What is needed in this role:

• A relevant university degree
• Good understanding of Agile way of working and IT governance/ BI processes
  Interest to develop and implement ways of working within area of data management
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Your passion is leading people
• The drive to improve your own area of responsibility pro-actively, continuously, and with great interpersonal and leadership skills
• A high-level personal integrity, reliability and ownership as well as enthusiasm for working and winning in a team and developing yourself daily
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to set, visualize and motivate towards common goals
• Collaborative and self-driven
• Strong analytical capabilities and a can-do attitude
