Job description
The individual is a Finance representative on the plant team and will be required to interact regularly with Plant leadership team, as well as Production, Supply chain, engineering and other staff.
- Serve as trusted business partner to the plant—driving performance, mitigating risk, and providing data-driven insights
- Lead the day-to-day activities and mentor Finance analysts for the plant, ultimately driving documentation/streamlining of processes for the benefit of the plant operations
- Prepare the annual operating, midyear review forecasts, Strategy plans and support the preparation of the presentations to management
- Partner with other plants’ financial leaders and Operations leadership to ensure local actions and financial impacts are in alignment with other plants making similar products
- Prepare and develop Hollister monthly financial and management reporting including variance/expense analysis and plant scorecard templates
- Prepare weekly manufactured units reports and manufacturing variances reports by giving insights and solutions
- Daily monitor, report and assess the plant’s manufacturing efficiency, scrap level and financial performance to the plan
- Support the Cost Improvement Program by advising project leaders as to the financial impact of cost improvement projects
- Support the development of financial and operational justifications for capital investments (AFE process), control spending in line with approval limits and assess for impairments
- Provide inventory reporting and ensure inventories are recorded accurately, monitored and maintained
- Conduct financial analysis/modeling, interpret data and provide guidance that assists management in meeting financial targets
- Other duties and tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Work experience: 3-5 years
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field is required
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced financial analysis/modeling and insights
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple demands
- MS Office (advanced Excel level, Word, PowerPoint)
- English and Lithuanian languages required
