Area

We are looking for a business analyst to join Asset Financing Tribe, more specifically – to join the squad working with asset financing solutions in FI.

The Tribe’s goals are to deliver digital end-to-end asset financing products to our customers while keeping a long-term focus on building a robust and scalable platform to support all our products within the Nordics. It is an interesting opportunity to contribute to a non-traditional banking set-up characterized by a start-up culture, agile development, flat hierarchy, and an overarching customer-focused approach.

You will:

  • Become a part of an independent, cross-functional squad. You will work closely with other squad members in an agile framework to go from business requirements to working software
  • Identify, investigate, and challenge business rules and customer needs and convert those into clear requirements
  • Search for opportunities to design, align and optimize future processes and calculations based on a digital process with minimal human intervention
  • Be a central person in the dialogue with multiple stakeholders in the business, software engineers, and architects
  • Play a significant role in refining the backlog together with the product owner, ensuring user stories with good acceptance criteria, and a good flow of work for the sprints
  • Be responsible for structuring, planning releases, and carrying out QA/test activities

In addition to your daily life in the Core FI squad, You will actively participate in BA chapter activities across the Tribe that support your professional growth. This position will ensure a continuous learning opportunity in a cross-functional team to ensure that your skills are maintained and developed on an ongoing basis.

About you:

  • Have at least 2+ years of experience in requirements engineering and process modelling, are familiar with BPMN and UML
  • Have skilled stakeholder management skills: able to encourage stakeholders and handle expectations
  • Have experience working in Agile set-up and are ready to work in an innovative environment
  • Can work with no supervision as well as in a team and can easily obtain new and complex knowledge
  • The tribe is working across three countries and with stakeholders in 5 market areas, so good (digital) collaboration skills and proficiency in English are needed
  • Upper-intermediate English skills

Would be considered as pros:

  • Good knowledge of Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
  • Good knowledge of online working tools (e.g., MS Teams, MIRO)

In Danske Bank Lithuania we gathered smart, innovative and open colleagues with can-do mindset, who are reimagining banking services and creating an ingenious product portfolio, and at the same time – ensure smooth daily operations of the entire Danske Bank Group.

Consider us as “the engine of the bank” – while we do not provide banking services to customers in Lithuania, we are the brain and muscle behind many of Danske Bank’s services to our global customers. Our high-quality delivery and can-do approach led us to becoming a strategic site for Danske Bank, an international community of 22,000+ colleagues worldwide.

Danske Bank Lithuania is Danske Bank’s strategic unit, providing finance, IT and global business services to serve our customers worldwide. We are on a journey to push the banking boundaries and make constant improvements in how we operate. We aim to do this by combining the best of two worlds: the strengths of what Danske Bank has built over 150 years and the approach of start-ups to what we are going to create in the future.

We see diversity as our potential, and the cornerstone of our company’s success, that will ensure our continued competitiveness and innovative strength.

We try to create an inclusive workplace where differences are our strengths and where people feel valued and can realise their full capabilities.

Because of that, the critical focus point for us is to be able to recruit, develop and retain employees without attaching any specific labels to them.
