Duties:
• Communication with customers regarding warranty issues (mail, phone, internet messengers).
• RMA acceptance of goods from customers and their registration in the IT system of the enterprise.
• Testing of devices received from customers in order to confirm the defect claimed by the customer. Ability to perform minor repairs.
• Selection, coordination and organization of the issuance of exchange devices to customers.
• Communication with RMA departments of manufacturers, service centers.

Requirement:
• Good Knowledge of languages: Lithuanian, English, Russian.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, components and related products.
• The ability to identify a problem and find a solution for it.
• Good communication skills.
