You will have an exciting opportunity to be a part of a team that provides services in Everyday Banking Corporate and handles the end-to-end E-banking process of the Swedish market.

We are looking for a colleague who would be focused on efficiency, seek to provide high-quality services to our Corporate customers and be not afraid to challenge the status quo.

You will:

Ensure delivery of Everyday Banking Corporate day-to-day services for Swedish and International business and VIP customers
Solve issues and daily ad-hoc requests to ensure the best possible customer experience
Have close collaboration with other advisers teams and optimize solutions for our customers
Ensure the best quality of processes and constantly look for the solutions to improve or automate them (Robotics, Lean, etc.)

About you:

Experience in an operational or administrative role
Ability to work full-time
Critical mindset, focus on quality and detail orientation
Collaborator and goal-oriented
Learner and process challenger
Upper-intermediate English skills

We offer

Monthly salary range from 1200 EUR to 1800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
