THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make production business development plan and constantly update;
- Ensure required product quality, delivery time, and budget;
- Digitalize production process with producers;
- Scheduling of production and raw material supply;
- Be responsible for the products building process, validation, and implementation into vendor‘s production;
- Coordinating product implementation to production (layout, employees training, tools);
- Be responsible for monitoring the prompt shipment of goods and administering subcontracts to suppliers and vendors;
- Development of CI initiatives in the production process;
- Building your own team.

REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years of experience in production management with a proven and successful track record;
- Experience in production subcontracting;
- Experience in process digitalization;
- Proven ability in developing people and business performance through empowering and coaching style of leadership;
- Successful experience with vendors management would be an advantage;
- Knowledge of Lean and Agile methodology;
- Good English language skills.
